found a Fujica ST605 with a 55mm f2.2 M42 camera/lens today. the shutters speeds and the meter seem to work correctly. Can’t wait to run a roll through it.

Also picked up a Pentax flash unit for $10 and a thrift store. I cleaned it up and it works good. Don’t know how often or if ever I’ll use it though

Finally got an M42 to Pentax K adapter, and with a slight modification to remove the release lock, it works very well with my 135mm and 35mm Super Takumar lenses

Olympus Trip 35 with custom body covering

I decided to fix the light leak on my Olympus Trip 35. I ordered a light seal kit from http://aki-asahi.com/store/html/trip35/trip35.php along with a custom body covering. I installed them this afternoon, only took a few minutes, and now the Trip 35 should be sealed, and also has a new look.

Just bought some Polaroid 600 film off of ebay, It was cheap, $19.00 (because it expired in 2003) :) Hopefully it isn’t TOO messed up…

Thought I would share this vintage advertisement with everyone. I found it in the June 1982 issue of National Geographic Magazine.  The ad is for the Pentax ME Super camera, the camera I use daily as my main camera.  Hope you find it interesting, I also have several other vintage camera ads I will be sharing in the future.
